Sales Business Development

Idealights is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue by identifying and securing new clients, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, exceptional communication and networking skills, and a strong understanding of the digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs and pain points
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, demonstrating the value and ROI of our services
  • Work closely with other team members to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and assets that support business development goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the digital marketing industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision makers
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing industry, including Influencer Marketing, Branding, SEM, Social Media, Automation and other online marketing channels
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to meet clients' business needs
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • A collaborative and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
