About: Ride Jakarta, Indonesia's first indoor stationary bike gym, began as a simple gym facility but quickly evolved into an innovative fitness leader within Jakarta. Recognized for their high-quality facilities, they also realized the essential role their trainers played in maintaining customer loyalty and generating repeat visits.
Problem: Two years into their operation, Ride Jakarta recognized that while their state-of-the-art facilities initially attracted customers, it was their trainers that inspired customer retention. They wanted to leverage this insight to boost their class subscriptions but needed a compelling medium to showcase their trainers' unique styles and personalities.
Solution: In response to their needs, we created three distinct videos, each one showcasing the unique style and personality of a Ride Jakarta trainer. These videos served as the core content in a marketing strategy that was deployed across all their promotional channels, including social media, to advertise the trainers' respective classes. The strategy proved immensely successful, enabling Ride Jakarta to triple their class subscriptions in just a few months. The videos not only heightened brand visibility but also gave prospective customers a sense of connection with the trainers even before stepping into the gym, contributing to increased sign-ups and customer retention.
