About: Total8+ is Indonesia's first alkaline water brand, distributed across more than 70% of the country, with three production facilities in West and East Java. This pioneering company has established a significant presence in the beverage industry of Indonesia.
Problem: While Total8+ had an extensive reach, they were looking to further consolidate their market position and expand their footprint across Central Java. Additionally, they sought to diversify their marketing efforts across multiple channels, both offline and online, and build strategic partnerships.
Solution: As Total8+'s outsourced marketing division, we took charge of their overall marketing strategy. We initiated influencer marketing campaigns to extend their reach, spearheaded both offline and online marketing initiatives, and crafted offline design materials. We also established strategic third-party partnerships to expand their market presence, and produced 5 TV commercials and a YouTube series to increase brand visibility. Our diverse initiatives helped in launching Total8+ in multiple new cities across Central Java, amplifying their reach and influence across the region. We enabled Total8+ to sponsor over 30 events a year as well as partner with 50+ influencers as their brand ambassadors. Our comprehensive approach and successful execution of numerous marketing initiatives helped cement Total8+'s position as a leading alkaline water brand in Indonesia.
